Aimy Benoit grew up in the little town of Bonsecours, Quebec where she enjoyed horseback riding and competing in dressage. Aimy first got interested in osteopathy after an osteopath helped her recover from a serious riding injury when she was 12 years old. Aimy graduated from the Institut d’Osteopathie du Quebec in Drummondville, Quebec in 2013 as a osteopathic manual therapist.
After graduation, Aimy practiced in Newfoundland where she worked extensively with newborn babies and pregnant women. Aimy also enjoys working with patients suffering from chronic pain and sports injuries using cranial sacral therapy, visceral and structural therapies. When not working, Aimy loves to ride horses, care for her animals and spend time with her family.
